There are a lot of misconceptions about how we operate as a business. We dondon’tscriminate against anyone because of their race or background. Our food is not very fattening, and we offer a healthy menu.

We are proud of our vegan menu and want everyone to know about it. We are also an all-vegan restaurant. We try to hire people who share our values and ethics. We do not tolerate discrimination and encourage our employees to be themselves and bring their best selves to work.

When I opened GioGi, Giovanni’s wanted to create a place where families could come together and experience something they couldn’t find anywhere else.

I am opening a restaurant. I wanted to offer great food, friendly service, a beautiful ambiance, and good conversation. When you go into business for yourself, it can be extremely stressful. It would help if you dealt with everything from food to the kitchen, delivery, staff, payroll, suppliers, etc.

TheThere’sver enough time in the day to get everything done. I started this company when I was 16 years old. I had friends who were already running their restaurants, and I wanted to do the same thing.

I love Italian food, and I wanted to try something new. I chose Madison for its entertainment district. There are a lot of tourists here, and I like the atmosphere that we’we’reeating.

I have only been at the restaurant for a year and a half, but I like to say that we’we’veen in business for 40 years.

A: What I like most about living in New York is that there is always something going on, and it’s easy to walk around. You can go anywhere, anytime. I like the fact that I can always be a part of something.
