The proprietors of Anatolian Kitchen, a popular Mediterranean restaurant specializing in Turkish cuisine in Bethlehem, have opened another eatery in Palmer Township. Smile Café, serving a wide range of breakfast and lunch dishes, opened on Tuesday at 4198 William Penn Highway. Space previously housed the House of Crepes.
Brother and sister operators Cesur Saglam and Sezer Suriel renovated the gap to encompass new furniture, nautical decor, weathered wood wallpaper, and more.
“My brother will normally run [Anatolian], and I’m going to be here,” Suriel said Tuesday at the cafe.
