70g salted butter, melted

Place in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 210C (190C fan)/410F/gasoline 7. Bake for 10 to 12 mins, or till every madeleine has a humped shape and is starting to coloration.

Slide them out of the tins and on to a wire rack. When cool, dip them midway into the green melted chocolate and go back them to the rack.

Transfer the leftover melted chocolate to a piping bag and cut a small tip (it would need to be reheated first). Use this to pipe the frogs’ mouths and to make the green-chocolate-button eyes stick.
