NAMO’s stellar cooks cook dinner, the greatest of Italian delicacies, served in a three-story building with first-rate perspectives of the Opera House and Lam Sơn Square in downtown HCM City.

With its open-plan kitchen looking out onto Hai Bà Trưng Street in downtown HCM City, NAMO catches many passersby’s eye, especially fans of authentic Italian delicacies.

At the entrance, the kitchen welcomes guests with the action of its skilled cooking crew headed with the aid of world-magnificence cooks preparing high-quality Italian dishes for diners sitting at an extended like-bar desk, at the same time as a staircase main to the main eating floor has tremendous views of the Opera House, one of the metropolis’s most iconic landmarks.

The open kitchen lets in guests peer, hear and be a part of the chefs’ movement. The kitchen’s primary piece is the conventional Stefano Ferrara oven, NAMO’s wood-fired, brick-built coronary heart and soul. From here, the kitchen opens to a double peak ceiling, allowing the environment of the kitchen to travel as much as the mezzanine stage.

The 3-story structure was completely renovated and converted into a lovely venue, functions on top floors. On the pinnacle floor, a faceted brass bar with an unrivaled view of Lam Sơn Square lends the distance a, without a doubt, cosmopolitan experience.

Reminiscent of Italian background restaurants, NAMO serves classic flavors of the most famous delicacies globally, including pizza and pasta. Its décor has a contemporary Italian notion with dark colorations because of the critical theme.

The design of the gap is much like the layout of its menu, which was intentionally finished to create an immersive dining experience in going beyond a bowl of pasta or a simple slice of pizza. “We wanted the stellar substances, and our world-magnificence cooks to be an intrinsic part of the enjoyment, visible and essential to the design,” a consultant of NAMO stated.

The restaurant’s expansive menu offers a tempting choice of traditional Italian meals objects degrees from pizza and pasta to soup, tasting boards, chicken, beef, and seafood, cooked in a truly Italian way. The restaurant caters to private activities, starting from canapés and cocktail occasions to sit-down dinners, and makes menus to diners’ orders, from signature NAMO dishes served circle of relatives-style, round picks of antipasti, grilled dishes, bruschetta, salads, and cakes.

My friend and I were fortunate to visit NAMO whilst the fashionable venue welcomed the Italian visitor chef Fabrizio Aceti, who stole the heart of NAMO’s guests’ remaining summer season together with his masterful and innovative cooking techniques.

This time, the Michelin-starred chef took diners on a charming journey to Sicily’s seductively stunning island with two special 4-direction set menus – one for meat enthusiasts (VNĐ990,000) and the other for seafood lovers (VNĐ890,000).

It became difficult for me to determine between the 2, so we decided to share it all!

The menus highlighted special Sicilian dishes. Thanks to the skill and experience of Fabrizio, sophisticated diners are capable of enjoying all of the island’s marvelous meals, from foie gras to fresh seafood, direct from the ocean to the desk. The signature caponata rounded off with a tang of sweet vinegar.

If you’ve got candy teeth, you may be spoiled in Sicily. For curious eaters, the stunning torta mimosa or iced tiramisu, a normal Italian dessert, was surprisingly advocated for a complete meal. We started our meal by sharing nice dishes, the marinated salmon carpaccio and cured red meat with ricotta, chives, walnut sauce, and balsamic vinegar. Both had been splendid and won my heart for his or her appearance and taste. But the more staggering-looking dish turned into cured pork, which changed into crafted in the form of a flower.
