ONION AND CHIVE POTATO WAFFLES

3 tbsp granulated sweetener

50g decreased-fat spread

three tbsp reduced-fat peanut
butter powder

four tbsp cold water

25g dark chocolate chips

1 Preheat oven to 190ºC/fan 170ºC/fuel mark 5. Line base of a 20cm square baking tin with baking parchment.

2 Place flour, cocoa, eggs, sweetener, and decreased-fats unfold in a blending bowl and whisk with a hand-held electric whisk till light and completely blended. Pour batter into the baking tin.

Three Mix peanut butter powder with
water to make a sauce. Drizzle over the top of the brownie batter inside the tin and lightly pull the quit of a knife via the combination to mix it slightly – you need it to appearance marbled.

Four Sprinkle over dark chocolate chips and bake for 17 minutes till springy to touch and the pinnacle has a moderate sheen.
